Welcome to Boutique Mind & Body Retreats by ATTITUDE FITNESS worldwide. We host relaxing, engaging breaks planned to help you de-stress and strengthen, enabling you to maintain a healthier self. The courses are a balance of exercise, relaxation and fun, our aim is to give you the skills, understanding and knowledge of safe activities to keep your body fitter for longer while also gaining lifelong friends and having a great time.

Our next Boutique Mind & Body Retreat will be Tuesday 25th May to Tuesday 1st June 2021 and this year we are doing something a little different............

Boutique Mind & Body join with Soul Adornment to present a weeks Arts and Yoga Retreat to relax and engage the body and mind. Join us as we create objects of art and also paint your very own original canvas' of the beautiful landscape of Kefalonia. Our retreat is for all no matter your ability, haven't painted since primary school and can't touch your toes? Or are you an avid hobby artist who enjoys trying new things? Everyone is welcome.

It's going to be another fun, relaxing and challenging break with two optional fitness sessions a day, art workshops working with clay and paint, group social activities and free time to explore the beautiful island of Kefalonia. Beach Yoga and Pilates, morning HiiT workouts, runs, Power Walking and Aqua Aerobics all feature on the timetable, of course all are optional, it’s your holiday! Included in your retreat package is a lunch at Mythos, our local pool where we will be holding our Aqua Aerobics and an evening in the famous capitol of Argostoli where the food is an excellent fusion of traditional and modern Greek cuisine. We have organised a visit to the Thiramonas village winery with wine tasting in the gardens as well as a day trip to Argostoli to visit historical places of interest, explore the shops and maybe even visit a beach or two! Shared car hire with damage waiver is also part of your booking, a minimum of two drivers within your party is required for groups of more than five with four to five people sharing a car. You’re home for the week is a rustic farmhouse in the Kefalonian countryside, two double bedrooms, a loft to sleep four and two bathrooms. Breakfast of fruit, Greek Yoghurt, bread and local preserves will be provided every day as well as milk, tea, coffee and bottled water. You'll be greeted at the airport and shown where to collect your car then it's a 45 minute drive (with the host leading the way!) to the farmhouse in Thiramonas. Are you celebrating? A Boutique Mind & Body Retreat in beautiful Kefalonia will be a perfect way for you to connect and spend quality time with friends and family, we can also tailor make a package on your chosen dates to create something memorable for your special occasion, contact us with your dates and requirements if you would like an alternative.

The price for the 7 day Greek retreat is £600 for an early bird full payment, that's a saving of £50 on your entire booking! Alternatively after the early bird period you can pay in full which will be £625,or you can pay in easy installments, a deposit of £100 per person at the time of booking then £100 before 1st October 2020. After that it’s monthly installments of £100 per month for four months and a final payment of £50. The £200 deposit is non-refundable but if something comes up and you can't make it you can transfer your deposit to a friend who will pay the balance. The deposit can also be used against any ATTITUDE FITNESS worldwide or Boutique Mind & Body Retreats future event.

Our retreats are designed to fit into your lifestyle and so are run as a 7 day Sanctuary Retreat, a 4 day weekend Oasis Retreat or a three night two day Body Cocoon. The retreats include Pilates, Yoga and Barre body balancing practices designed to relieve stress, maintain healthy joints and keep you supple throughout the year, an optional ‘Wake Up With Attitude’ cardio morning workout is also included to fire your mind, increase serotonin and get your blood pumping! The retreats are hosted by Debbie Fleming a leading UK Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor who has worked within the industry for over 20 years; she will share her knowledge with you to create a truly holistic experience.

Each retreat builds upon your skills and ability; you will progress at your own pace and solidify your knowledge of daily routines to keep you at your best physically, mentally, and spiritually. All of the classes and the advice you receive are designed to be incorporated into your own home exercise programme. Below are the classes that we incorporate into our retreats, our The Sanctuary Retreat will feature all

the classes listed below, Oasis and Cocoon will have a selection.DE-STRESS YOGA: This workshop will be your first class, tailored to begin the removal of the stresses of everyday life.

POWER YOGA: A three stage strengthening Yoga introduces individual static postures which are then tied together with breathe, and finally flow.

BACK & CORE YOGA: Aimed specifically at the core muscles supporting the spine. A strong, flexible and balanced core is a key to preventing injuries and back problems.

SUNSET YOGA: A wonderfully relaxing Yoga as you watch the sun go down in beautiful surroundings.

PARTNER YOGA: A fun class that helps to encourage your flexibility with the help of your partner. A healing art which teaches the fundamental value of touch, joining and sharing with others.

WOGA: Did we mention fun? I think we did! Yoga but not as you know it, A gentle class with individual postures with the accompaniment of red wine or fizz!

BACK & CORE PILATES: Created to improve structural balance and prevent back pain by strengthening the core muscles.

STRENGTH & BALANCE PILATES: Focusing on postures to improve your strength by helping you to identify not only your core but also the slow and fast twitch muscles which all play a part in balance.

QIGONG: A renowned, traditional Chinese exercise system to maintain superior energy and wellbeing.

AQUA FITNESS: Fun medium paced activity in the pool allows you to work to your own ability. You will learn exercises you can perform in your own pool for low impact cardiovascular fitness. Working in the water reduces stress on joints, and provides resistance to strengthen the muscles. BOUTIQUE BARRE: Point shoes optional! The ballet barre or a dining chair is used for stability while you perform Pilates and Yoga postures. No impact and small movements ensure your joints are protected and muscles strengthened and tightened. The classes are set to beautiful music and are challenging, fun and fresh.
